Return/Refund for Damaged Products
Thank you for purchasing our products from Glimmates. To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days after delivery. You may return the product if it becomes faulty within this 30-day period. However, damages or defects caused by abuse, neglect, accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs/modifications will not be accepted.
Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims (e.g., photos or videos). Your evidence will be reviewed and verified by our team.
This process may take up to three days. After verification, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
If the product is damaged due to external factors or the return is initiated after the 30-day period, you will not be eligible for a refund.
